  5. Depending on the plan you pick, I schedule professional staging consultation (+ VIRTUAL STAGING), professional photography/drone/videography, 3D VIRTUAL TOUR, plus professional yard sign and lockbox installation.

  6. Pricing assistance and develop strategy for selling your home.

  7. Go live on the MLS (and on 400+ other syndicated websites like Zillow.com/Realtor.com)

  8. Go live with the Marketing Package + Facebook/Google custom digital marketing campaigns.

  9. I communicate with all other realtors on your behalf.

  10. I schedule every home showing on your behalf.

  11. I follow up with you immediately after showings with buyer feedback.

  12. I review all offers with you and advise you on making the best decision(s) for your home sale.
