Do you still advise me on everything I would need to do & know?

▶︎ ABSOLUTELY - I help you get your home ready for the market: handyman/contractor work, landscaping, pricing assistance, pre-listing reports, staging, virtual staging, professional photos, virtual tour, all disclosures completed together, home tour feedback, all contracts and offers reviewed together, and request for repairs negotiated (WAIT - isn’t that what traditional agents do? - Yep!).

Who pays the buyer’s agent commission?

▶︎ The seller (just like normal).

▶︎ The buyer’s agent gets their full commission (2.5%) - so they’re incentivized to show your home. Or you can pay the buyer agent as low as 2%. Completely up to you.

▶︎ I’m the one taking less commission.

▶︎ I charge LESS because the job is easier - because I’m using technology to sell homes.

What’s the catch?

Why would I use a “discount” real estate agent?
